Product Warranty & Product Use

At PawsFree, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer (and every dog) to have the best experience possible.

Our 3D printed cups are designed for supervised use and training, not to be used as chew toys or enrichment toys. They are not meant to be given to a dog for unsupervised licking or destruction. If a dog is left alone with the cup and allowed to destroy it, that type of damage is not covered under our warranty.

Our Baby Food Insert is designed to hold the glass jar securely and prevent access to the glass by the dog while in use. Please monitor your dog while in use and use care when inserting and removing glass jar from the insert. 

Our 3D-printed cups are not meant to directly hold or store food. They are a holder only for food safe containers. Any damage done to the cups by placing/storing food directly into the cups themselves is not covered under our warranty. 

We include a warranty card with every order to help ensure customers know exactly what’s covered and how to reach us if something goes wrong.

What’s Covered

If your 3D printed cup, the mounts, or 3D printed insert caps associated with the product fail due to a manufacturing defect within 15 days of receipt, simply email a few photos to sales@pawsfreecup.com — no need to send anything back. We’ll review the photos and issue a refund or replacement if the product is determined to have failed due to a manufacturing defect.
